Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 days.
A confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our factory.
Shipment is packaged free of charge.
Important note: Shipping to a commercial address will save a lot of money, as no surcharges will be added.
For shipping prices, fill in the order form with the products of interest, click the submit button. The shipping cost will then be calculated and this will be added to the email form that you will receive.
The email form will contain the order, plus shipping. There will be a paypal button included in the email, providing the option of going ahead and purchasing. It is secure payment through Paypal.

Recieving Orders:
When the truck arrives with the order, it is very important to check the order for any damage before the truck leaves. Any damage must be written in the trucking companies' paperwork before signing. Trucking companies will not take responsibility for any damage to product if it is not written at the time of Delivery.
If you have your own truck you also have the option of Picking up your order directly from our factory in Sarnia, Ontario.
